"We are the champions"
My baseball team, Total Orthopedic, won the AA Little League Championship last night. We each got a trophy. Coach made different awards too like, MVP, Hardest Working, Most Improved and Jason Varitek award. I won the Most Improved award and Coach gave me a special Little League baseball. In the first inning the other team got 4 runs and we didn't get any. But we got it together and won, 9-7. It was a night game and it went to 9:21 so we got to play under the lights. It proves that if you're losing something really badly you can still win. our sponsor Paul Dimond was there and bought everyone ice cream!

Congratulations, John!!
Your team hung in there and won in the end. That is great. It reminds me of the baseball game we watched in St Louis.
And congratulations on the "Most Improved Award"! You clearly made a strong effort all season and were rewarded in the end.
I'm just sorry baseball season is over! Enjoy the rest of your summer.
